Hi Reader, AI exposure in your offer is not a verdict on your expertise. I want to say that plainly, because the 80% test may land heavily for some people. But if it does surface gaps, I'd rather you find them now.
Now is when the fix isn't just cheap — it's genuinely easy. And the improvements you make are exactly what AI can then boost.
I'm saying it because this window is the widest I've seen in 24 years of building businesses. And it's open right now.
It would be a pity for capable experts to miss this window because of how AI makes them feel. Some of those feelings are fair. The ethics, the environmental cost, the flood of thoughtless output — I take all three seriously, and I've written about them.
Still, none of them is a reason to leave your own offer undefended. Not when the same technology, used carefully, hands you back hours every week.
So — the test itself.
You list what a client receives from you. You mark what a motivated buyer could reproduce in a few hours, or even a couple of days, with a well-trained AI. Whatever comes back yes is your exposure. Then you work on those parts, and pivot toward what's valuable now.
It's also a new opportunity to refine your offer itself, if it needs it.
And this is where the order matters. More AI tools are the easiest thing to reach for — and most certainly the least of what your business needs.
What your business needs is a wise, discerning strategy: build your AI infrastructure in the right order, on a strong foundation, so that an offer that's already sound from a business perspective gets boosted by AI that's carefully selected and properly trained.
Business first. Intentional AI second.
Most solopreneur businesses don't need an AI agent right now. I built one recently with Claude Fable. Even on the best model available, it took many iterations to get right.
And I don't need it to sell. What I needed was to position my offer properly — which is what I actually did, after watching how the market shifted. Many are running a vague offer, or an unscalable one — and an agent on top of that only produces bad results faster. That's assuming it's built well, and that you're not losing more time improving it. Also deploying agents before you know whether your Skills and Projects are excellent and trigger reliably, and whether your automations actually run, is a setback a small business doesn't need. ✴️ → If you want the full reasoning, the piece is here. ✴️ → If you'd rather skip the explanations and pressure-test your own thinking, I built a free diagnostic for exactly that. One intake, two scores: against the OSCAR System's 11 criteria, and a defensibility score across seven dimensions AI can't flood. About fifteen minutes. It won't flatter you, and it won't invent evidence for your blanks. 🌿 Let me know how it performs. — Diana
P.S. If the scores tell you the offer needs structural work, that's what Quiet AI is built for.

Hello ReaderI hope you are already enjoying your Friday! 🌿 This is your weekly rundown, from my business to yours- to help you reach your goals faster and get the most out of AI*, while rejecting the overwhelm, the tool dependence and the risks. (*and while we can... based on Daniel Priestley's post about "enjoy cheap AI while it lasts")First, it seems that my article on the order for building AI went viral this week. And to be honest I have no idea why. Apparently LinkedIn had strong...
Hello Reader,& happy Friday! 🌿 This week I shared the content automation that finally got carousel design off my plate. Then Kajabi emailed me to explain how much I’m supposedly spending on my business 😅 Both brought me back to what deserves time and money, and what needs to be in place first. Three things inside: → The automation that more than tripled my written content, and what made it work→ The $1,024 monthly tech stack I apparently need (to be exact- a fraction of what I'm saving each...
Hello Reader & happy Friday! 🌿 Three things inside this week, all pointing at the same idea: a strong offer comes first, and AI works from it. → A 3-question test that shows whether ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini will recommend your business → The worst advice I ever paid for, and the diagnostic I built because of it → An honest scorecard of where AI has and hasn't paid off for me (A bit of a longer one today. The prompt and the diagnostic are the parts to keep if you only have a few minutes.) 1-...
