Hello Reader (*and while we can... based on Daniel Priestley's post about "enjoy cheap AI while it lasts") Three things inside: → Why your AI isn’t delivering yet, and the analogy that took the article further than I expected 1- Why your AI isn't delivering -yet I compared much of today’s AI advice to junk food. A new AI tool is easy to grab and feels satisfying for an evening, and a week later your business is no better fed than before. That one image seems to have carried the whole piece much further than I expected, and I’m grateful to everyone who read, commented and shared it. The idea underneath is actually quite simple. AI that holds up in a small business gets built from the bottom up, in a logical order, and each layer goes deep in both knowledge and instructions, then gets refined until you’re happy with what it produces: brand book → skills → connected apps, scheduled tasks and automations → agents → AI operating systems Each layer amplifies the one below it, weaknesses included. A thin brand book gives you generic skills, then generic work delivered on a timer, then agents making decisions you would never make. So start at the bottom and ask two questions of each AI layer: does it work, and am I happy with the result? The first “no” is the layer to fix, and everything above it can wait. OpenAI is retiring custom GPTs and moving everything into plugins. If you built one for yourself or shared one with clients, check the notice in your account. For the rest of us, the news is a useful reminder. The GPT is just the container. The asset is always what you put inside it: your frameworks, your examples, and the way you taught it to think and write (instructions). Containers get discontinued, which is why every assistant I build, in my own business and with Quiet AI clients, lives in files the owner keeps. 3- Help me name the free masterclass If you’re curious how AI is built into my own business, I’ve recently published some of my emails on that topic, you can read them here. I’m also preparing a free masterclass for you, and aiming for a very practical one. It will cover the traps I see business owners fall into with AI, and how to use it to grow revenue and save time, in the right order. I'm thinking about these titles: 1. How to Use AI to Accelerate Your Business, Increase Your Sales and Decrease Your Costs, Without the Overwhelm 2. The Small AI Infrastructure That Quadrupled My Content, Increased My Pitching by 500% and Cut Thousands from My Costs 3. My Minimal AI System (and the Sales It Helped Me Make in Under a Month) If you can spare a few seconds, hit reply with 1, 2, 3 -or 4 😆 Warmly, Diana 🩵 |

Hello Reader,& happy Friday! 🌿 This week I shared the content automation that finally got carousel design off my plate. Then Kajabi emailed me to explain how much I’m supposedly spending on my business 😅 Both brought me back to what deserves time and money, and what needs to be in place first. Three things inside: → The automation that more than tripled my written content, and what made it work→ The $1,024 monthly tech stack I apparently need (to be exact- a fraction of what I'm saving each...
Hello Reader & happy Friday! 🌿 Three things inside this week, all pointing at the same idea: a strong offer comes first, and AI works from it. → A 3-question test that shows whether ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini will recommend your business → The worst advice I ever paid for, and the diagnostic I built because of it → An honest scorecard of where AI has and hasn't paid off for me (A bit of a longer one today. The prompt and the diagnostic are the parts to keep if you only have a few minutes.) 1-...
Hello Reader & happy Friday! 🌿🕊 This month inside the Quiet AI Accelerator, we're moving up a level with AI (level 3, see below). Here's what's inside this week: → The upkeep AI tutorials tend to skip: traps hiding in AI automations → A 3-minute Testimonial Miner walkthrough (short video, use 1.5 speed if my accent is too much 😆) → Automations you can test easily → A small holiday check-in ☺️ The upkeep AI tutorials tend to skip On a recent Zoom call, someone told me they'd switched off their...
